Common questions

Do my customers need Levain accounts?
No. Your customers interact entirely with your product. Their workspace on Levain is headless: no separate login, no UI, no emails from us. Your backend talks to Levain with org API keys.
How do approvals work?
When an agent needs a human decision, the approval request arrives as a webhook. You render it in your own UI, your user answers there, and your backend replies over the API. The run picks up where it paused.
How fast do agents respond?
Workspaces run on warm capacity, so a triggered run picks up in seconds. Longer jobs stream progress over webhooks, so your UI can show real state while the agent works.
How does billing work?
Levain bills your org, and usage is metered per customer workspace, so you can see what every AI feature costs to run, tenant by tenant. Runs use Levain's model accounts, so there are no provider keys or rate limits for you to manage. How, or whether, you pass the cost on to your customers stays your call.
How do you handle customer credentials?
They're encrypted, scoped to the customer's workspace, and checked when a run starts, so a stale token fails up front instead of halfway through a job. Credential health streams to your backend, so your product can prompt for a reconnect before an integration becomes a surprise failure.
How much do we have to build?
An API integration and a webhook endpoint. You provision workspaces, connect credentials, trigger runs, and render the events you care about in your UI. The agent runtime, isolation, versioning, and metering all run on Levain, so there's nothing to host on your side.
Can we control which customers get an agent?
Yes. Entitlements gate agent capabilities by the plan each customer bought, and staged rollouts decide which workspaces run which version. Turning an agent on for one customer, a segment, or the whole fleet is configuration, and none of it is a deploy on your side.
Can we start with one customer?
That's the intended path: a pilot org, your staging workspace, and one real customer. Grow the fleet once the agent has earned it.
Why is there no price on this page?
